Flush Doors
A Flush door is a type of door which has a completely smooth surface and is made by sandwiching the plywood over a light timber frame. A flush door is one of the commonly used in residential buildings that comes with an attractive design and is rich in appearance. The flush doors are made from wood and had a filling of poplar, mango, or pine wood.
Flush doors are simple door designs that have plain facings on both sides. They can be interior (more commonly) but also exterior. Solid flush doors are, by definition, heavier than the alternatives, but are usually a more suitable option when their function is to form a passage between two rooms.
MR GRADE
Plywood is a type of wood that is constructed up of many layers or plies, with a timber or veneer worktop. These layers contribute to the object’s strength and stability, allowing it to be employed for a variety of applications ranging from roof decking to cabinet construction. However, each sheet of plywood, as with all wood, may absorb moisture, whether via direct touch or by air humidity. Whenever the wood hydrates, it expands before shrinking when it dries. This sort of elastic deformation would have little impact in certain areas beyond the requirement for an expansion joint to soak up some of the mobility, but in specialty products like closets or furniture with close tolerances, excessive expansion and contraction over time can result in warping of the finished project.
BWP GRADE
BWP plywood stands foe weather and boiling proof. They are considered as a marine grade plywood. BWP can be bared to humidity and moisture for a longer time without delamination. Gluing up 3 to 4 layers of veneer can make BWP plywood. Phenolic glue is the one that is used to make the sheets together in BWP. The plywood sometimes gets anti-warp properties through certain treatments, which results in the strength of plywood in both wet and dry conditions throughout life. BWP is termite and pest resistance, which makes the quality of the product higher and also the best for interiors. This plywood is best for all-weather conditions and these properties made to build boats and ships.
